From Colour to Mono 1 (Room for River)

Unless you use a special app on a smart phone or setting on a camera, photos are default shot in colour. In a few posts I will show three photos that I took in colour but with the purpose of tweaking them to monochrome.
In The Netherlands the standard policy was to straighten out rivers and cut off all the angles to make it more efficient to use of the ground for agriculture and at the same time keep the maintenance simple. Here is a project that brings back the corners in this canal near the Dommel river.

The Netherlands, Vught – February 2015
