      • Definitely. I’ve done a couple of Nile cruises (on various trips to Egypt) and the coach trip from Aswan sets off at an ungodly hour! Well worth it (although, if I am honest, Abu Simbel does seem a little Disney for me, particularly when you approach it). I loved the temple, but there are others I prefer, like Medinat Habu in Luxor. 🙂

        • Well we took the plane but still an early call! It looks artificial indeed because of the relocation. And I agree to be more in love with other places! Edfu or Isis eg. Or Nefertiti tomb that made me cry. Have a great 2014!!
